The Alchemy 101 Quest gives you the ability, once completed, to brew special potions that boost your skills.

Method[]
When you enter the teleporter from the quest room you will be taken to a room with multiple teleporters.
You must start with the portal on the far left hand side. Enter the portal and kill the Apprentice Alchemist that is inside. Once he is dead, leave the room via the portal to the north. You have now unlocked the ability to enter the second (middle) teleporter.
In the middle teleporter, you will find an Experienced Alchemist. Simply kill it and leave the room via the portal to the north. You have now unlocked the ability to enter the last teleporter.
In the last teleporter you must fight the Master Alchemist. He is the hardest of the 3 bosses, but still relatively easy. Like the previous two bosses, simply kill him and leave the room to unlock the final energy seal.
After killing all three bosses, you have now unlocked all three energy seals. Walk east in the main room until you get to a hallway with energy barriers. Since you have killed all the bosses, you may walk through the energy barriers and into the portal to the north.
In this final boss fight, you must battle against Walt and Jesse. These bosses are very easy to kill, so don't panic when you enter the room.
Once you kill them, walk north and leave this room through the teleporter. You are now in the Alchemist's lab, where you will be able to take your reward.
You can find elixir recipes all across Cyntara. Upon using an elixir recipe, your character will learn how to brew a specific elixir, granted you have the ingredients to do so.
